Tourist tax is included in the price of your stay in our facilities. The landlord pays 13% VAT according to the provisions of the VAT Act. The rental price includes the use of internet, heating, air conditioning, el. energy appliances, towels, bed linen, soap, dishwashing detergent. The price also includes final cleaning, but please leave the apartment clean and tidy, as you found it.

Free parking and a children's playground are available on site.
The apartment will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Method of payment: prepayment.

The lost key is charged in the amount of 100.00 kn / 15 €.

For your safety, homes have a first aid box fire extinguisher, and you can store money and valuables in a safe. However, guests are obliged to take care of the safety of things and valuables left in the apartment and the host is not responsible for their disappearance. Lock the front door of the apartment when you are inside, and when you go out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, turn off the air conditioning or heating, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances. The owner of the facility has the right in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to enter the house to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner of the facility is obliged to inform the guest about his entry into the house in the first next contact. It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, cause riots and disturb other guests and tenants, and especially to make noise between 24:00 and 08:00.

Only those guests who are registered on arrival are allowed to stay in the houses. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed (allowed on the balcony), organizing parties and staying more people than agreed will be considered a violation of the terms of the lease.

It is forbidden to take equipment and devices out of the facilities. If the equipment in the building disappears or the equipment, installations, furniture, devices are damaged, the guest is obliged to immediately inform the host. If the disappearance or damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to reimburse the appropriate equivalent on the spot. The facilities may not be used for activities contrary to Croatian law. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's further service

The host undertakes to protect your privacy, and will not provide third parties with information about your stay in the apartment. However, due to the legal obligation to report guests to the Tourist Board of the City of Zadar and the Municipality of Ražanac, payment of sojourn tax, and the obligation to report your stay to the police, if you are a foreigner from outside the EU to legally regulate your stay in Croatia. the host immediately upon confirmation of the reservation for registration with the Tourist Office. You can send a photo of your ID or passport to email, viber or whatsup.
We strive to make you happy with your stay with us. You can communicate your remarks, wishes and compliments to the host during your stay, write in the complaint book and leave your home address or contact us via email, to which we will respond within 15 days, all so that we can work systematically to improve our services, to your and our satisfaction. Are there any additional fees I will have to pay in addition to the listed price?

Do I need to print an invoice to show the reception of the apartment?
You do not have to print the invoice. We save paper!

Who will greet us at the entrance?
When confirming the reservation, you will receive a code for the smart lock or you will be greeted by the owner, depending on the agreement


What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your reservation 45 or more days before the booked date, the cancellation is free and we refund the full amount paid.
If you cancel the reservation in the period of 40 days before the booked date - we refund 50% of the paid amount of the arrangement.
Cancellation 30 days before the booked date - we keep the entire amount of the paid arrangement.
In case of cancellation caused by Covid-19, we offer you a transfer of the reservation for later in the year. The price will be determined according to the seasonal price and conditions valid on the actual date of stay.
